Social & Economic Mobility
We offer internships, mentorships, sponsorship, and professional development programs tailored to helping our women and girls build the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the workplace.
Healthy & Thriving Communities
We work to break down systemic barriers and stigmas that have hindered the health and well-being of marginalized communities and their members. We prioritize human dignity, mental wellness, equity, inclusion, and gender equality in our programs and initiatives, helping participants lead more fulfilling lives.

Being a global citizen extends beyond just having a passport or traveling the world. It's about embracing the richness and beauty of diversity through exposure to other cultures and perspectives and developing a deep understanding of the world around us. Our commitment to global citizenship is for every individual connected to Our PEARLS. For Ambassadors and Volunteers, we provide opportunities to explore new places through service. For our girls and women, we promote language learning and create opportunities for participants to share cultural exchanges.
