Knickeita Vassell Bullock
Executive Director & Board Chair
Knickeita Vassell Bullock is the Founder and Executive Director of Our PEARLS for Girls, a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and women to lead, thrive, and create lasting change. She is a strategic leader known for advancing equity by aligning people, resources, and systems to drive meaningful impact across communities.
With over 20 years of experience as a FINRA-registered investment advisor, Knickeita brings deep expertise at the intersection of finance, public service, and social impact. She has worked extensively with government leaders, corporate partners, and nonprofit organizations to develop initiatives that strengthen communities, expand access to opportunity, and elevate leadership at scale. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to service, collaboration, and building pathways for others to succeed.

Revlon Fennell
VP-Fundraising & Treasurer
Revlon is a life-long philanthropist who was raised to serve. From an early age, her mother, a school teacher and principal instilled in her the value of service and giving back. This has never left her. Throughout her illustrious career as a public servant, Revlon has partnered with large multinational charities and has spearheaded massive fundraising campaigns and community projects, positively impacting hundreds of thousands of individuals across the globe.


Dr. Lydia Reid
VP-Operations
Dr. Lydia Reid is a Clinical Doctor of Speech Pathology/Orofacial Myology whose desire to help others was formed early in life as she watched her father suffer from epilepsy. From founding non profit organizations to encouraging diversity in winter sports for youths, to creating a special needs school for children, and raising funds for specialized/adaptive therapy equipment for the child with neuromuscular deficits, her passion for helping others is not limited to her clinical profession, but beyond. Dr. Reid is a free spirit, a thrill seeker, trailblazer, and innovator who believes that to whom much is given, much is expected.
Phyllis Shaw GCFO, MBA.
CFO & Treasurer
Phyllis is a passionate changemaker, inspiring hope, and empowerment for girls and women across the globe. Having overcome innumerable challenges to become the successful professional she is, Phyllis knows firsthand how powerful our lived experiences are in shaping our impact on those around us. She has dedicated her adult life to advocating for all children through her service with one of Florida's largest school boards and numerous charitable undertakings she's conducted over the years. Giving is her way of life. She is committed to serving Our Pearls for Girls with excellence in every way. Professionally, she serves as a Director of Finance for the Department of Public Utilities at a large Florida municipality.


Rosamond Parker-Pickett
VP & Corporate Secretary
Rosamond is a dedicated advocate for people and communities, committed to driving meaningful and lasting impact through her service. She has made it her life’s work to be an agent of positive change.
Professionally, she serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for a large regional authority focused on uplifting the lives of its citizens. With a passion for training and development, Rosamond is committed to empowering individuals, strengthening organizations, and helping others reach their full potential.
Alison F. Smith, Esq.
Director
Alison Smith is a genius, trailblazer, and passionate attorney who excels in her legal practice while maintaining her commitment to empowering girls and women in her community and beyond. She has dedicated her time and resources to supporting service organizations. Her work as the first Black woman President of the Broward County Bar Association and her involvement in the Caribbean Bar Association is a testament to her commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable world. Alison's passion for empowering women shines through in her work, and she inspires girls and women everywhere.


Dr. Paula Reis
Director of Healthy Communities
Paula is a respected academic with over 30 years of experience in health education, wellness promotion, and exercise science, driving positive change for diverse communities. Her evidence-based fitness programs and wellness initiatives have transformed the lives of individuals in Europe and North America.
With multiple certifications and a deep commitment to philanthropy, Paula fosters robust networks with community partners and stakeholders, advocating for social and health equity for all. She is a global citizen, fluent in four languages - Portuguese, French, Spanish, and English. She is passionate about her mission to promote health and wellness education, impacting the lives of countless individuals and communities.

Director of Community Engagement
Shana has a propensity for helping others. Positively impacting girls and women gives her the motivation to change one life at a time. Professionally, she provides support for the most vulnerable parts of the population by ensuring access to quality health insurance solutions.


Sadiki Alexander Lynch, Esq.
Director - Partnerships & Legal Strategy
Sadiki is a passionate advocate for girls and women, committed to service, empowerment, and creating meaningful change in communities around the world.
An accomplished attorney and entrepreneur, she serves as a trusted legal advisor to Our PEARLS for Girls, helping to ensure the organization’s programs are built on a strong and sustainable foundation. A lifelong learner and global citizen, Sadiki is dedicated to uplifting others and leaving a lasting impact through her work and service.

Director - Finance & Compliance
Christine is a dynamic leader, inspiring hope and empowerment for girls and women everywhere. Christine is committed to serving Our Pearls for Girls with excellence and distinction. Her unwavering commitment to self-improvement and faith is evident daily as a devoted mother, follower of Christ, and Toastmaster. She brings grace, humour, and passion to every aspect of her life, inspiring all those around her. Professionally, she is a CPA and Director of Financial Services for a large Florida municipality.


Deaina Brown, Esq., LL.M.
Director
Deaina Brown-Wright is a gifted author and speaker driven by a passion for leadership and service in her personal and professional life. With a focus on fighting for juvenile justice, addressing family issues, and empowering individuals to reach their goals, she uses her skills as an attorney, mentor, and community servant to make a difference in the lives of those for whom she advocates. Deaina's commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to making a positive impact is inspirational and is at the core of her philosophy of living life with faith and purpose.
